Paul Wadsworth’s artistic career so far has taken him from a foundation course in art at Ipswich College of Art to a BA (Hons) in Fine Art at Falmouth College of Art and he has remained living in Cornwall for most of the time ever since. His house and studio on the moors in the far west of the county are a great inspiration to him.
However, his travels to the Middle East and India have also played a major part in the development of his practice. Residencies in Dubai and exploration of the United Arab Emirates and Oman over a seventeen year period and more recently India have been an important source for new painting.
Paul has had numerous solo exhibitions both nationally and internationally and is in private collections worldwide. His work is held in corporate collections including Barclays Bank, Marks and Spencer, Tresco Estate and Saudi Arabian Investment Bank.
